Catalan Landscaping installed sod for us in July 2025. When a few sections didn’t take properly, I contacted Conor, sent him photos, and asked for guidance—expecting advice about watering or treatment. Instead, Conor immediately sent me a calendar invitation and a text letting me know that a crew would come out to replace all the affected sod. The crew arrived on the exact day and time promised. Led by Derek, they were fantastic—professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. This level of customer service truly exceeded my expectations. Sod is a unique product, and sometimes certain sections simply don’t thrive. Catalan Landscaping stood behind its work without hesitation and made everything right. Conor was wonderful throughout the entire process, and I’ll gladly use Catalan Landscaping for all my future yard and lawn needs.
